Bunjil Services Group, a proudly Indigenous-owned company, is excited to announce the launch of its new brand identity. This refreshed brand not only modernises the company’s image but also celebrates the rich cultural heritage of First Nations communities, reflecting its deep commitment to creating a better future through training, employment, and economic empowerment.
Founded in 2019 by Brad Wall, from the Kaurna and Eastern Arrernte communities, Bunjil Services Group provides security, cleaning, and maintenance services nationwide. The company reinvests part of its profits into initiatives that support Indigenous employment and development.
As part of the rebranding process, Bunjil Services Group engaged Merindah Gunya to create artwork that encapsulates the spirit of the company and the communities it serves. This artwork represents the story of connection, land, and community, themes deeply tied to the mission of Bunjil Services Group. The flowing patterns and dynamic shapes reflect the interconnected pathways of nature, symbolising the guidance of Bunjil, the creator spirit, who watches over the land and its people.
The new brand identity was created with the goal of celebrating the unique and vibrant culture of First Nations peoples while highlighting Bunjil Services Group’s commitment to creating pathways for Indigenous Australians. The company’s name, ‘Bunjil,’ is proudly endorsed by the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation, reflecting the values of respect, strength, and community that are at the heart of the brand.
“The launch of our new brand is a significant milestone in our journey,” said Brad Wall, Owner and Managing Director of Bunjil Services Group. “It symbolises not just our growth as a company, but also our dedication to uplifting Indigenous communities by creating meaningful employment and development opportunities.”
